Who qualifies?
Existing eligible accounts
Qualifying accounts already present when the program is deployed are automatically backfilled. You do not need to create another account, enter a code, click a claim button, add payment information, subscribe, or contact support.
New eligible accounts
New accounts qualify when their authoritative server-side Arbor Primus account creation timestamp is before the UTC cutoff. Browser time, device time, IP location, client-side JavaScript, and editable profile dates never determine eligibility.
INCLUDED PLATFORM ACCESS
What lifetime access covers.
Current and future Arbor Primus-owned software capabilities are included unless explicitly classified as an excluded external-cost service.
- Professional Arbor, skill trees, skill ratings, XP, and progression
- Resume builder, versions, exports, ATS tools, and visual resume tools
- Job Lens, career exploration, career mapping, and advanced Arbor functionality
- Public Builds, evidence and portfolio features, Education Tree, and Hobby Tree
- Future Arbor Primus-owned platform capabilities added to the program
Reasonable external-cost exclusions
Physical merchandise, third-party products or services with significant per-use charges, paid advertising, promoted or featured listings, transaction-based services, and other explicitly identified external-cost services can remain separately priced. These exclusions do not turn existing Arbor Primus software features into paid features.

What is an Arbor Primus Founding Member?
A Founding Member is an eligible Arbor Primus account that qualified during the founding period. The account receives a permanent Founding Member status, badge, and lifetime access to included Arbor Primus platform features.
Who qualifies?
Every eligible existing Arbor Primus account covered by the program when this update is deployed qualifies automatically. New eligible accounts qualify when the account's server-side Arbor Primus creation timestamp is before January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM UTC.
Do existing members qualify?
Yes. Existing qualifying accounts are backfilled automatically. No new account, promo code, claim button, payment information, subscription, or support request is required.
When does the founding period end?
The qualification cutoff is January 1, 2027 at 12:00 AM UTC. The authoritative implementation is 2027-01-01T00:00:00.000Z in UTC; the cutoff is evaluated by the server, not a browser or device clock.
Does my Founding Member status expire?
No. Once earned, Founding Member status is permanent. Lifetime access does not depend on a temporary Founding Access switch remaining enabled.
Will I have to pay later?
Not for the included Arbor Primus platform features covered by the Founding Member program. No subscription is required for those features. Separate services with direct external or transaction costs can remain separately priced.
What does lifetime platform access include?
It includes Arbor Primus-owned software and platform capabilities included in the program, such as the Professional Arbor, skill trees, progression, resume tools and exports, Job Lens, career mapping, Public Builds, evidence features, Education Tree, Hobby Tree, and future Arbor Primus-owned platform features unless explicitly classified as an excluded external-cost service.
Are there any exclusions?
Reasonable exclusions can include physical merchandise, third-party products or services with significant per-use costs, paid advertising, promoted or featured listings, transaction-based services, and other direct external-cost services explicitly identified as outside platform access. Existing Arbor Primus software features are not silently excluded.
What happens after January 1, 2027?
New accounts created at or after the cutoff follow the normal free, paid, and subscription rules. Founding Members keep their permanent status and included lifetime access.
Can I buy Founding Member status later?
No. Founding Member status is earned only by qualifying during the founding period. It is not sold after the qualification period unless the policy is intentionally changed in the future.
