Using the service
The Arbor Primus is software for organizing skills, experience, education, projects, credentials, evidence, interests, resumes, and opportunity information. You may use the free professional Build and free Hobby Tree without purchasing proof, verification, a subscription, or a resume add-on. Your first standard professional resume remains free after your tree becomes resume ready.
Information you submit
Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, current enough for its intended use, and authorized for you to share. Ratings, descriptions, records, photos, screenshots, links, credentials, evidence, endorsements, and applications can be user supplied unless a separate result says otherwise.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not upload private identity documents or material you do not have permission to share.
- Do not misuse the platform to harass, defraud, discriminate, or request sensitive information from another person.
- Employers may not charge candidates to browse, apply, interview, receive an offer, or be considered.
Verification and platform calculations
"Not Verified" means no verification result exists. "Arbor Primus Reviewed" means a defined internal review occurred; it does not mean that every claim is true. Platform-calculated XP, levels, Build Strength, readiness, scores, matches, badges, and recommendations are product signals, not licenses, credentials, background checks, safety determinations, or professional assessments.
Sharing and marketplace responsibility
Public Builds, shared snapshots, resumes, and applications contain only information selected for that context, but a public or unlisted link can still be copied or saved by others. Employers are responsible for their listings, communications, criteria, decisions, and any obligations that apply to their hiring activity.
A Build, resume, score, badge, credential, rating, recommendation, or listing does not guarantee truth, identity, skill level, safety, employment, income, compensation, eligibility, or hiring outcomes.
Enforcement and changes
The Arbor Primus may review reports, restrict abusive content or accounts, disable suspicious listings, or revoke a verification result when appropriate. Verification does not provide immunity from enforcement. Product policies may change as the service changes; the reviewed date and version on this page identify the current document.
