THE ARBOR PRIMUS
FOR EMPLOYERS / CANDIDATE-CHOSEN CONTEXT

For Employers | The Arbor Primus

The Arbor Primus gives employers a clearer starting point for a human candidate conversation by connecting the information a candidate deliberately chooses to share.

See capability beyond a compressed resume

A resume is useful, but it is selective. A shared Professional Build can provide additional context about skills, work experience, education, projects, credentials, interests, and the direction a candidate is exploring. The Build is not a replacement for a resume, interview, reference process, or the employer's own review.

Candidate control is part of the model

Employers see only the information a candidate has made available through a public or shared view. Private Builds, private evidence, unpublished sections, and account-only data are not exposed for discovery. Candidate-supplied information and platform review signals remain visibly distinct.

  • Public sharing is opt-in; candidates are not required to publish a Build.
  • Candidates can share a focused resume, a broader Build, or both.
  • Private and unlisted content is not placed in the public directory or sitemap.
  • Employers remain responsible for fair review, communication, and hiring decisions.

Create opportunities around real capability needs

The existing Employer and Opportunities systems let eligible employers create a company profile, describe responsibilities and capability needs, and receive applications. Candidates can browse and apply without paying. The first eligible verified employer opportunity remains free for 30 days where the current offer applies; paid listings are separate and should be shown before checkout.

What the information does—and does not—mean

A shared Build can make a conversation more specific. It does not independently establish every claim, guarantee skill level, rank people automatically, or make a hiring decision. Verification labels, platform calculations, self-reported details, and evidence each have different scopes. Review the Trust & Safety guidance before relying on any signal.

A CLEAR PLACE TO BEGIN

Start with one real thing.

You can add context over time. Your account and Build stay private until you choose to share.
