What is an interview preparation planner?
Interview Preparation is a guided workspace for deciding what you want a listener to understand, which real stories you can explain, which questions deserve practice, and what you will do next. It is useful for a first screen, hiring-manager conversation, panel, or final conversation.
Four prompts that keep preparation practical

- Write a short opening and at least one real story or capability.
- Choose up to three questions worth preparing and add a question for them.
- Pick the smallest useful action after the plan, such as practicing aloud or rehearsing one answer.
